The ZooRise breakfast offers a unique early morning zoo experience starting with an Australian animal encounter. This intimate tour gives you an exclusive insight into the inner workings of the building, and gain access normally reserved for performers and crew. See the Concert Hall stage from the conductor's perspective. Sit in the orchestra's pit. Stand where legends such as Dame Joan Sutherland and Pavarotti have performed. Get inside the stars' dressing rooms.

Sydney Jet Boat

This thrilling experience will have your adrenalin pumping! As you depart the calm waters passing between Sydney Aquarium and the Maritime Museum we wave to people who wish they were you. Then we head out into the main harbour. Hold on tight as your driver unleashes the power of our massive diesel engines. Now it is time to give you a taste of what jet boating is about -from radical fishtails, awesome spins to amazing power brake stops.
We head under the Harbour Bridge, past the Opera House and fishtail all the way to Watsons Bay where we spin about and make our way back past Bradley's Head, Kirribilli and Luna Park and re-enter cockle bay with huge grins and applause.

This Historic Sydney Walking Tour brings alive the story of the early convict settlement with stories of Rascals, Rats and Restoration. Relating the many tales of Sydney’s colourful past. You will be shown some of Sydney's earliest buildings, shops old and new, homes of the 'well-to-do' and the quaint cottages of the working class. Still to be seen today are the pubs and hotels, once frequented by the locals and sailors alike. The many historic streets, narrow alleyways, cobbled lanes, sandstone steps and beautiful churches combine to weave a rich tapestry of life in the past and present times. The Rocks Walking Tour invites you to explore the Past while Enjoying the Present ambience of early Sydney. This tour concludes in the Rocks area so you are free to enjoy shopping or stop in at one of the many great pubs.


Harley Davidson – Northern Beaches Tour

Pick up from the Convention Centre

Cruise over the Harbour Bridge like you never have before, on the back of a thundering, rumbling Harley. Visit Manly then head up along the beaches via Dee Why, Collaroy, Narrabeen and Mona Vale before heading up to Avalon and Palm Beach. On your return you will visit Long Reef for a break and a few more photos before finally visiting North Head to stop and take in the truly magnificent ocean views. Then it's back on the bikes and back the city. Drop off is at your request.


Blue Mountains

Explore World Heritage listed Blue Mountains. Stretching for over one million hectares the Blue Mountains is an inspiring mix of rainforest, canyons and tall forests, truly one of Australia’s natural wonders. View this wonderland of sandstone outcrops, deep ravines, pristine bushland and dramatic cliffs. This rugged and beautiful region forms part of the Great Dividing Range - linking tropical north to temperate south, while dividing coastal cities from the vast outback. Later, enjoy seeing unique Australian wildlife at Featherdale Wildlife Park. Get up close and personal with kangaroos, koalas, wallabies and wombats. Pass by Homebush Bay, site of the 2000 Olympic Games. Discover Leura village - a delightful blend of groomed gardens and quaint shops. Stop at Echo Point and see the famous Three Sisters rock formation and discover the aboriginal dreamtime legends. Follow the scenic Cliff Drive and enjoy breathtaking views of the Megalong Valley. Travel through Katoomba - heart of the resort region within the Blue Mountains and enjoy an easy walk and stroll along the boardwalk through the Rainforest. Time for a light lunch. Ride the steepest incline Railway in the world down to the lush and hidden valley. Glide out of the valley on the Cableway taking in the panoramic views and take a ride on the recently unveiled Skyway, a journey 370 metres above ancient ravines and dazzling waterfalls. Take in the fabulous views from Govett’s Leap Lookout then enjoy a guided bushwalk along the Fairfax Heritage Walk. Return to Sydney having an unforgettable day.

Upon landing we taxi the aircraft to the restaurants seaplane dock, where Cottage Point Inns friendly staff offer a warm welcome and any number of great Australian wines! After a leisurely 3 course à la carte lunch reboard your seaplane and return to Sydney Harbour.
